At Rowen Homes, we want you to love your luxury interior pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
